Questions we are asked most often.

How long does a project take? +
Timeline varies by scope. A Launch Package typically takes two to three weeks. A Business Systems Build runs four to eight weeks depending on complexity. A Full Infrastructure Suite is scoped individually — timeline is agreed upon before work begins. Opulenne does not rush projects to meet arbitrary deadlines, and does not commit to timelines that cannot be honoured.
Do you work with businesses outside the Cayman Islands? +
Yes. Opulenne is based in Grand Cayman and serves clients worldwide. All projects are delivered remotely — there is no requirement for you to be based in the Cayman Islands, and no limitation on the geography of clients we work with. All pricing is in USD.
What are your payment terms? +
A 50% deposit is required to secure your start date and commence work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, prior to final handover. All fees are agreed upon before work begins — there are no revisions to scope or pricing without prior agreement from both parties.
What if I am not sure which package I need? +
Submit an enquiry and tell us about your business. That is precisely what the discovery process is for — we ask the right questions, assess what your business actually needs, and recommend the appropriate scope and investment. You will never be pushed toward a package that does not fit what you are trying to achieve.
Do you take on every enquiry you receive? +
No. Opulenne is selective about the projects it accepts — not to be exclusive for its own sake, but because we limit the number of active engagements to ensure every client receives the full attention of the studio. If we are not the right fit for your needs, we will say so clearly and, where possible, point you in the right direction.
What happens after my project is complete? +
Every package includes a defined period of post-launch support — 30 days for the Launch Package, 60 days for the Business Systems Build and Full Infrastructure Suite. After that period, ongoing support and maintenance is available as a monthly retainer. We also offer a monthly maintenance package for clients who want continued coverage beyond their included support period.
Do you offer in-person handover and training? +
Yes. Upon project completion, we schedule a dedicated onboarding session to ensure you and your team are fully confident operating everything we have built. For clients based in the Cayman Islands, this is conducted in person at your location at no additional cost. For global clients, a Google Meet session is arranged. For clients based outside Grand Cayman who prefer an in-person visit, international travel can be arranged — the client covers the travel ticket, and all other logistics are managed by the studio. Do you build on platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress? +
No. Everything we build at Opulenne is custom — designed and developed from the ground up specifically for your business. We do not work within the constraints of third-party website builders or templated platforms. This approach gives us complete control over how your infrastructure is built, how it performs, and how it scales as your business grows.
Can I request changes after the project is complete? +
Changes and additions that fall outside the original agreed scope are quoted separately and treated as a new engagement. What was agreed upon at the outset is what is delivered — any evolution of the project beyond that is welcomed, but it is handled transparently with a separate scope and investment.

We do not accept project enquiries by phone or direct message — this ensures every enquiry receives a considered, documented response and that nothing falls through the cracks. Existing clients are assigned a dedicated point of contact for the duration of their engagement.
